Being someone who suffered from a range of unpleasant symtoms growing up, it was only recently-as an adult- that I turned to food for treatment.

I suffered from severe fatigue, PMS, dry skin and a whole host of other symptoms that didn’t even seem related at the time. I’ve always been drawn to finding sustainable lifestyle changes rather than masking my conditions with pain relief. I was determined to find natural remedies - food with healing properties. That’s when I came across Sea Moss. Hearing about its transformational benefits, I decided to try it for myself.
